LDS Consulting Group, LLC is a third party Affordability Monitoring Agent retained by developers at the request of subsidizing agencies to enforce the Affordability Requirements of homeownership projects.
As a Monitoring agent, LDS is tasked with:
- Reviewing the Affirmative Fair Housing Marketing and Resident Selection Plans
- Overseeing Initial Sales/Lotteries
- Annual reporting by unit owners
- Resales of the properties it monitors.
- Annual Reporting to the Subsidizing Agency
- Supplemental Services such as reviewing capital needs and refinancing’s.
