Affordability Monitoring Agent

LDS Consulting Group, LLC is a third party Affordability Monitoring Agent retained by developers at the request of subsidizing agencies to enforce the Affordability Requirements of homeownership projects.

As a Monitoring agent, LDS is tasked with:

  • Reviewing the Affirmative  Fair Housing Marketing and Resident Selection Plans
  • Overseeing Initial Sales/Lotteries
  • Annual reporting by unit owners
  • Resales of the properties it monitors.
  • Annual Reporting to the Subsidizing Agency
  • Supplemental Services such as reviewing capital needs and refinancing’s.
  • Enforcement
