Research
Associate Eunice Kim has worked with LDS since September
2008. A former reporter, Eunice has
researched and written about affordable housing and development
for seven years. She has worked on market studies and housing
needs assessments for private developers, nonprofit organizations,
municipalities and landowners. She is a member of CHAPA,
ULI and NCAHMA. Eunice also volunteers on the Newton Housing
Action Plan Initiative, which aims to increase affordable housing
in the city of Newton. Eunice regularly attends training
on affordable housing and planning issues. She has a BS in
journalism from Boston University and is currently enrolled in
Tufts University Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning graduate
program.

Associate Theodora
Hadjimichael joined
LDS in September 2009. Her previous work includes market
research with OKM Associates, AREA Inc., and FinePoint Associates. She
received her B.S. from Tufts University in 2008 in Engineering
Psychology.
