Eunice Kim is a planner/research associate at LDS Consulting Group.  Since the fall of 2008, she has worked on housing needs assessments, market studies and a housing production plan for municipalities, private developers, nonprofit organizations and landowners throughout Massachusetts.  A former newspaper reporter, Eunice also undertakes public outreach and marketing responsibilities, including the production of a quarterly online newsletter.  She received her master’s degree in Urban and Environmental Policy and Planning from Tufts University in May 2011, and she is member of the City of Newton Planning and Development Board, CHAPA and APA Massachusetts Chapter.
