A large part of LDS’s work is helping clients
sort out how to finance a project. Our twenty years of experience
in all facets of housing enables us to provide financial services
from the idea through asset management. We are equally at ease with
sorting out how to fund a local housing plan or program, as we are
with creating development, operating and income pro-formas for multi-million
dollar developments. LDS has worked with taxable and tax-exempt
bond financings, as well as a variety of HUD programs including
HUD 811, HUD 202, HUD 232 and expiring use projects.
