Financing A large part of LDS’s work is helping clients sort out how to finance a project. Our twenty years of experience in all facets of housing enables us to provide financial services from the idea through asset management. We are equally at ease with sorting out how to fund a local housing plan or program, as we are with creating development, operating and income pro-formas for multi-million dollar developments.
